For real estate agencies

Real estate agency: clients who have already defined their project

gool.li is an agent that searches for buyers and tenants, on WhatsApp; when a request matches your properties, it passes it on to you, qualified.

For a real estate agency, time often goes into viewings that lead nowhere and calls about a flat that is already let. The buyers and tenants who write to gool.li have already given the city, the neighbourhood, the type of property, the size and their budget, for a purchase or a rental. That budget is checked against the market before the request reaches you. You receive qualified requests on your WhatsApp, you suggest a property, and you pay only for the qualified introduction, when the client accepts your suggestion.

How it works for you

  1. 01

    A qualified request arrives

Purchase or rental, neighbourhood, type of property, size and budget range. Neither the client’s name nor their exact budget is in it.

  2. 02

    You suggest a property

You answer with a property from your portfolio that matches the request, and your terms.

  3. 03

    The client accepts, you talk

If they accept, numbers are exchanged and the introduction is counted. Otherwise, nothing.

Purchases and long-term rentals

gool.li receives both purchase projects — apartment, house, villa — and searches for monthly rentals. Every request gives the city and the neighbourhood, often several, the type of property, the size or number of bedrooms, and a budget or rent range. On the rental side, these are long-term lets, not nightly stays. You state your area and your line of business, and you receive only the requests that match, whether you work in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir or Fès.

A real project, not a click

Whether a request reaches you depends on what the client has actually done: a budget checked against the neighbourhood’s prices, a timeline, a sustained conversation, a confirmed number. Projects that are too vague stay in the conversation with gool.li while they take shape. You therefore receive people who know what they want and who agreed to be introduced. You pay per qualified introduction, when the client accepts your suggestion; a request you do not answer costs you nothing.

The client protected, and the agency too

The client’s name and exact budget are not in the request. Their number is passed on when they accept your suggestion, and you are then asked to respond within a set time; if you do not, the client is pointed to another suggestion. When your client moves towards a purchase, they can ask gool.li to introduce them to a notaire, an adoul or a financing partner: they are the ones who ask, and it changes nothing about your role in the transaction.

Start by email, move to the portal when you want

Requests and introductions can arrive by email, with nothing to install. The professional space then brings together your open requests, deadline alerts and statements. If your agency uses management software, signed webhooks and an API are available when you are ready. Your clients stay on WhatsApp, where they already write.
