Terms of Service — Gool

1. What Gool is

Gool is a buyer-first concierge that gathers listings from third-party sources and returns a curated shortlist over WhatsApp. Gool does not own, sell, or broker vehicles or properties and is not a party to any transaction between you and a seller or dealer.

2. No warranty on listings

Listings come from third-party sources. We do our best to filter and flag suspicious ones, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, price, condition, or legality of any listing. Always inspect the vehicle in person, verify the documents, and never pay before seeing the car.

3. Plans and prices

Searching on Gool is free. Optional paid plans are offered to buyers and to professional partners (monthly plans and credit packs). What each plan includes and its current price are shown on our pricing page (https://gool.li/pricing). Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD); when a payment is charged in another currency, the checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by our payment partners, and the checkout always shows which one processes yours. Card payments outside Morocco are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles their billing, taxes and payment questions. Payments in Morocco are processed by YouCan Pay (bank card or CashPlus).

5. Renewal and cancellation

• Monthly plans paid by card through Paddle renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing contact@gool.li. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then moves to Free.
• Plans paid through YouCan Pay are a single payment for 30 days and do not renew automatically.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy (https://gool.li/refund) for how it works.

7. Professional partners

Dealers and other professionals receive anonymized buyer requests and are introduced to a buyer only when that buyer accepts.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, submit false information, attempt to scrape or overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your dealings with sellers. Gool is a discovery tool — not an escrow, guarantor, or advisor on any specific purchase.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gool is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from third-party listings or from transactions you enter into.

11. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service and update these terms at any time. A change never removes a refund you are already entitled to.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Processing of personal data is governed by Loi 09-08 (CNDP) — see our Privacy Policy.
